Fletcher was the founder and CEO of Providence Service Corporation based in Tucson. In early 2013, Fletcher launched a new Tucson-based home-health-care business; Sinfonía Healthcare. Fletcher’s grandfather moved to Tucson in 1930 and his mother graduated from Tucson High School in 1942. Fletcher is a 1974 graduate of the University of Arizona and now serves on two University of Arizona boards and is the University’s 2011 Alumni of the Year. He relocated his billion dollar company headquarters to its downtown location in May 2010, renovating an entire block of abandoned buildings that now house the company headquarters, commercial lease space, residential apartments and a restaurant. Since then he has been engaged in all things downtown as a private sector catalyst for development, spending over $10,000,000, he helped launch Second Saturdays, a monthly music festival that now attracts over 10,000 people a month downtown, he became Chair of the languishing Fox Theater which is now the cornerstone of downtown revitalization, he was invited to join the Treo Chairman’s Circle, Chamber Board and the Downtown Partnership board. He is one of Tucson greatest philanthropists having endowed the Museum of Contemporary Arts, initiated the corporate giving program for the Tucson Museum of Art, funded the downtown facade grant program and sponsored the Cafe Bohemia at the Arizona Theatre Company.

He is widely known as downtown Tucson’s greatest fan and has traveled extensively visiting other revitalized or revitalizing urban environments, sharing ideas with a number of organizations. He is credited as one of the private sector leaders that has “skin in the game” and is determined to celebrate a vibrant, world class downtown.

Edmund Marquez owns three Allstate Insurance Agencies in Tucson, Arizona. He is the largest captive insurance agency in Southern Arizona, and the second largest Hispanic-owned Allstate agency in the U.S. Edmund was born and raised in Tucson AZ, attended Sabino High School, and earned a Bachelors in Communications from the University of Arizona. He currently serves on eight Boards of Directors, including the Metro YMCA, Pima Community College Foundation, and more. He is also a member of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council (SALC) and the Davis Monthan AFB 50. Edmund was named the Businessman of the Year in 2004 by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber, and awarded the Breath of Life Award in 2012 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Edmund was inducted into the Sabino High School Hall of Fame and the Pi Kappa Alpha Hall of Honor in 2013, and the YMCA Hall of Fame in 2014. Edmund is an avid cyclist with the Jim Click Racing Team, and is the emcee of numerous community events throughout the Tucson community.

Chris Sheafe has been a resident of Tucson (Pima, County) since 1976. Chris grew up in Seattle, Washington. After attending and graduating from the University of Washington and Arizona State University, he moved back to Seattle where he was involved in the development of Commercial and Campus Park Industrial Projects. One of the properties he was involved in assembling is today the Microsoft Headquarters Campus located in Redmond, Washington.

Chris left Seattle and returned to Arizona in 1970 to enter the homebuilding business in Scottsdale. In 1976 he joined Estes Homes becoming a partner in 1981. During the 1980’s Estes became a large regional developer of many types of commercial and residential projects. The best known of which is the Ventana Hotel, Ventana Country Club and surrounding residential community located in NE Tucson. During that period Chris was the partner responsible for all housing and apartment community developments as well as several custom home lot developments.

In 1998 the three Estes partners sold the homebuilding portion of their business to Kaufman & Broad, now KB Home Arizona. Currently he and his partners are developing Rancho del Lago, an established 1600 acre golf course centered, master planned community, located on the SE side of Tucson. In separate joint ventures, the C. Sheafe Co. is developing several new custom lot developments in the greater Tucson marketplace. Rancho Soldados is the premier custom lot community which is the current focus of the C. Sheafe Co. High Mesa, Arcadia, Reata, Yolanda Oasis, 27 Wash and a few smaller projects are all in various stages of pre-development which will be added to the list of active developments in the future.

Active in many community projects and community boards through the years he was the 2010 Chairman of the Tucson International Airport Authority. In addition to his duties at the Airport Authority he is on the Pima County Bond Committee, Southern Arizona Homebuilders Association, and the Tucson Breakfast Club. He was the Citizens Advisory Council Chair for the eight years the council was active and recently was active on the board of T.R.E.O. During the water wars of proposition 200 and 201 Chris was an active board member of The Southern Arizona Water Resource Association and Tucson Regional Water Council.

Town Hall, previous President of Kiwanis de Amigos and a member since 1991.
Served as Treasurer and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Tucson
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and have been a member of the Advisory Board
for Southern Arizona Community Bank. Served as President of the Sunnyside
School District Foundation Board. Currently serve with Tucson Airport Authority
(TAA) as member of the TAA Audit Committee and appointed by the Governor of
AZ to local board of the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System for TAA.
Previous title designations with TAA: Chair of Board of Directors. member of
Finance & Risk Management Committee, Treasurer, Secretary and Vice Chair of
Board of Directors. Currently hold board positions with Southern Arizona African

She received her R.N. from the James Ward Thorne School of Nursing at Northwestern in Chicago, IL.
She spent most of her career (26 years) at Carondelet Health Network, as CEO of Carondelet Foundation. Cox serves on the Board of Compass Bank and is a member of Southern Arizona Leadership Council (SALC). Mike Levin is the CEO of Business Operations with The Port of Tucson and Century Park Properties.  Along with his father Alan and brother Matt, they own and operate the Port of Tucson, Southern Arizona’s inland port, providing both domestic and international rail operations.  Additionally, they own and operate various other companies such as Century Park Properties, Tucson Frozen Storage, Tucson Port Authority, and Cushing Business Center.

In Mike’s primary role as CEO, he oversees the management of over 2.4 million square feet of warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and rail-served properties.  In addition to lease and tenant management, he works closely with local economic development groups to help in highlighting Tucson as a hub for global trade and logistics with both Mexico and Asia.  The Port of Tucson, with its ability to receive and ship intermodal containers internationally to multiple global locations, provides a key link for Arizona and Mexico to the world economy.

Beyond his role in the family business, Mike is deeply involved in the community he values so highly, serving as a member of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council as well as being on the Board of Directors for the Tucson Metro Chamber.  A huge supporter of philanthropic work throughout Southern Arizona he has partnered along with his family to support Tucson Medical Center, El Rio, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, the American Heart Association, The Erik Hite Foundation, and many more.

Corky Poster is a Registered Architect in the State of Arizona (#10611) since 1976, and a Certified
Planner (AICP #074511) since 1990. Mr. Poster’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Architectural Sciences (Magna cum laude) from Harvard College (1969) and a Master of Architecture
degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (1973). He has practiced architecture,
planning and preservation in Tucson since 1973. He is one of three principals at Poster Mirto
McDonald. After 28 years at The University of Arizona, Mr. Poster is now a Distinguished Professor
Emeritus at the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) and the former Director of the Drachman Institute. He was Acting Dean of CAPLA in 2002 and 2003.
Mr. Poster’s professional work focuses on:

• Historic Preservation, with UA Bear Down Gym, UA Old Main, UA Old Chemistry, the Benedictine
Monastery, Old Pima County Courthouse, Tucson Historic Train Depot, Matus-Meza Yaqui

Sharayah Jimenez is a 5th generation Tucsonense.  She graduated from the University of Arizona’s College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture in 2009.
