Richard Oseran is a descendant of settlers to The Territory of Arizona. Graduated from the University of Arizona and University of Arizona College of Law. Served as Public Defender of Pima County and as a member of the State of Arizona Justice Planning Supervisory Board. Appeared before multiple State and Federal Courts and The United States Supreme Court. Retired from private law practice in 2008. Founding Board Member of Southwest Intermountain Indian Youth Center now known as Intermountain Centers for Human Development . Founding Board member and former Chairman of The Downtown Tucson Partnership. Owner of The Historic Hotel Congress and Maynards Market and Kitchen in downtown Tucson.
