The Peach-Dabdoub partnership renovated the multi-use building located at 44 E. Broadway Blvd into new and upgraded office space and penthouse condos.
In 2017 the Rio Nuevo Board agreed to provide incremental sales tax incentives to the developers. The project includes the renovation of 26,120 square feet of office and retail space in the existing building and 79,477 square feet of office and retail space in two new buildings to be constructed on an adjacent and a nearby vacant parking lot.
