Local celebrity Chef Ari Shapiro, owner of Falora and Beaut Burger, is opening Whole Slvce, a New York-style by-the-slice pizza joint. Whole Slvce is located on the ground floor of the Monier, part of The Mercado development on the west side of downtown Tucson. The District is assisting the project with construction reimbursements up to $138,400.
