Corbett’s Tucson is the latest project from developer Scott Stiteler and includes the renovation of the historic Corbett building at 7th Street and 6th Avenue. Phase One of the project is an $8M investment to fully renovate the Corbett building, a new burger restaurant, a beer garden, and five pickleball courts.
Phase Two and Three will be a new 10-story hotel and 15-story apartment complex. With an investment by the developer of over $180M, this project truly creates an energetic environment that is fun for the whole community.
