Rio Nuevo invested $250,000 to activate vacant storefront space at 117 N. 6th Avenue. Developer Zach Fenton remodeled the space into the new John Henry’s Tucson, a cocktail lounge offering live music and relaxed vibes. Rio Nuevo continues to activate vacant storefront spaces in downtown Tucson.
