Rio Nuevo is investing $250,000 in the expansion of Batch Whiskey & Donuts. Local entrepreneurs Ronnie and Christian Spece own and operate the building and business located at 118 E. Congress Street. The expansion includes creating a tavern-style bar in the basement of their building and expanding the bottle shop into storefront space along Congress Street.
