The owners of Le Macaron are set to open their new French pastry shop at 260 East Congress, immediately adjacent to The Hub. The new 1,500SF pastry shop will feature macarons, French pastries, and beverages. Owners Stacy and Gary Haggart expect to invest nearly $400,000 to open the shop. The Rio Nuevo board unanimously agreed to contribute $93,000 toward the tenant improvements that will create an authentic French cafe, in the heart of downtown Tucson. Le Macaron plans to open this August 2023.
