Local entrepreneurs Zeus Sainz, Jesus Mario Ramirez, and Paul Mendoza, are renovating the vacant storefront space at 128 E. Congress Street to open Tabu Bar & Restaurant. Tabu will feature live performances, music, and dance, with specialty cocktails, and food.
