Improvements to Ochoa Street between Church and Stone Avenues include sidewalk repair and landscaping that will improve walkability and enhance a pedestrian lifestyle. Ochoa Street improvements border the new Marist College Complex and Cathedral Square senior housing development that includes 75 residential units, parking, and community space. The Diocese of Tucson is spearheading the project that includes a new coffee shop and outdoor event venue.
