Completed October 2017, Scott Avenue between Congress and Pennington dramatically improved to include increased safety of the area for pedestrians, bikes, and vehicles. New connectivity to Pennington Street has created a streetscape that supports and encourages public and private development and an economically vibrant downtown.

Rio Nuevo and the City of Tucson worked together to complete the project that included outreach with downtown merchants.
