The Rio Nuevo District purchased the historic Indian Trading Post building located in the heart of downtown Tucson at Congress and Scott. Through an RFP process, the District awarded Fenton Investments in March 2023 to develop the historic building which will include a restaurant, bar, and live entertainment.
